Today I am sharing Whimsy Stamps: Penguin Candy Cane Rubber Cling Stamp.

I had soo much fun working with this stamp.
Coloring it was soo fun and then to do the sparkles... fun, fun, fun... then to cut it out
popping each layer higher. and finished it off with some red pearls.
Here is a side view to show you how I popped it up.
I used Copic markers to color this image.
